This blog begins on the one year anniversary of the split-up of my marriage. It has been a year of depression, heartache and misery and now it is time to move away from that state into a mode of discovery, of finding out who I am and what I want out of life. Omphaloskepsis means navel-gazing. And that is exactly what this blog will be about; a contemplation of life.
